On April 6, 2005, I was promoted three notches higher than what I previously applied for but didn’t get. Isn’t it amazing how something like this makes me struggle right now in keeping happy and having the best time of my life with the Lord? At one point, I even thought that I have to be the best, to focus on getting things done especially my training, and to step down from any position or service I held in community. For a while, that made me lose my purpose. I want to always be by the purpose of my life which is God. I want to start with the author and parent of my whole being. I came to be and so in Him, I find my purpose.

My friend, after having consented to aborting the child in the womb of his girlfriend, has deeply angered me because of his fear of facing the consequences of his actions, saying even that it is mercy killing. How can I bring him closer to the Lord without making him feel wretched? There is only one answer. It all starts with how God dealt with me.
My heart clamors for grace to be steadfast even when I sin. I seek the Lord to teach me to be His messenger of hope for others by the power of the Holy Spirit. I seek guidance as I go through this journey.
